Abraham Lin moz
Abraham Lin received his B.S.E (2012) from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in the Department of Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences and his PhD in biomedical engineering (2017) from Drexel University. In 2017, became a postdoc at the University of Antwerp, Belgium, where he holds a joint appointment in the Plasma, Laser Ablation, and Surface Modelling-Antwerp (PLASMANT) group and the Center for Oncological Research (CORE). The focus of his research is to understand the fundamental mechanisms of non-thermal plasma-induced biological effects and develop non-thermal plasma systems for cancer immunotherapy. New topics of interest include studying plasma effects on the tumor microenvironment, epithelial-mesenchymal transition of cancer cells, and metastasis as well as developing control systems for clinical treatment with plasma.
